Find commonality, find community, connect and re-vive. Those words summarize the ultimate takeaways for a weekend like this.

I went to an event in 2022 that impacted me greatly. Not because of the speakers, though they were great, not because it was outside, though I really enjoyed that too. But, because I could relate to the other people there on a new level. We were all in a sense tokens back where we live, work, and play.

So, with that in mind I wanted to create a space for folks like me to talk about topics, in this case leadership.

This is a weekend to let down your hair (so to speak, mine is currently short) and connect on another level with leaders who can relate to the trials and triumphs of being the “token.”
